DEKSI Employee Activity Monitor is a powerful and feature rich employee activity and network traffic monitoring system. It allows you to record and log everything your employees do on your company's computers from recording your employee keystrokes, website visits, chats, and employee emails. With DEKSI Employee Activity Monitor you can monitor and control your employees use of the Internet. You will learn which programs are being accessed when, how often and by whom. It's important to know what your employees are doing during work hours and if they are doing something that is against company policy, or perhaps even of a criminal nature which could make your company legally responsible.
* Time tracking: learn what your employees are doing during their normal working hours
* Application Tracking: Learn what programs they are using, and how often and how long
* Internet Monitoring: discover which web sites they are visiting
* Instant Messenger Monitoring: log and review MSN and AIM conversations
* Keylogger: register individual keys and keystrokes
* Detailed reporting by hour, day, week, and month
You will find out which applications are really being used and on which computers and this will enable you to "transfer" unused software to the users who need it for their work. It will make your decision easier about which applications makes sense to buy, and which your users can do without.
